10 Year Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty that our tiles are supplied to meet Australian Standards. This offers peace of mind to our customers and the end user client.

V0 - Monochromatic

The tiles are very uniform, monochromatic in colour, with little or no variation.

Cushion Edges

Cushion edge tiles are designed with a curved edge on the top of the tile and are often laid with a wider grout joint. This allows the tiler to more easily achieve a smooth, professional finish.

Care and Maintenance

Keeping your tiles looking their best is straightforward with the right routine. Regular sweeping and washing prevents build-up, protects the surface finish, and makes deep cleaning much less of a chore. Follow this guide to get the most out of your tiles for years to come.

Extracted from Appendix C AS 3958.1-2007 Ceramic Tiles – Guide to the Installation of Ceramic Tiles. General advice only. This guide is intended as a helpful reference and does not replace professional advice. Tile types, finishes, and installation conditions vary — if you're unsure about the right cleaning approach for your tiles, we recommend consulting a qualified tiling professional or contacting us directly.
Daily Care
  • Sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt and sand
  • Mop with warm water and a pH-neutral, sulphate-free cleaning agent
  • Rinse thoroughly — residue causes streaks and dulls the finish
Occasional Deep Clean
  • Use a high-alkaline detergent (pH >9) for greasy deposits
  • For textured/profiled tiles, let the cleaner dwell before scrubbing
  • Steam or pressure cleaning can be used occasionally
  • Always finish with a clean water rinse
Prevention Tips
  • Use entry mats at all doorways — including pet entry points
  • Don't over-apply cleaning product; more isn't better
  • Avoid household soaps — they leave slippery scum
  • Use a no-rinse detergent if rinsing is difficult
Dos and Don'ts

Safe to use

  • pH-neutral, sulphate-free cleaners for everyday use
  • Proprietary abrasive agents on unglazedtiles only
  • Soft brushes and appropriate cleaning pads
  • Organic solvent detergents for greasy deposits (occasional)

Avoid these

  • Acidic cleaners — attack grout and haze glazed tiles
  • Abrasive pads on glazed surfaces — cause surface wear
  • Overuse of high-alkaline detergents
  • Scrubbing machines with coarse abrasive pads

*Tiles may vary in sizing, weight, colour, pattern, veining, texture, durability, density, surface and finish from batch to batch. Slip ratings serve as an indication and may vary for each batch of tiles. It is recommended that a new test be performed for each batch of tiles if a slip rating certificate is required.
